Bios

Diana Galligan – Creator, Writer and Performer
This show is Diana’s third fringe show, and her first one with words! After experimenting with silent film and comedy using only
expression and movement, her show Viva Vivi! won critical acclaim. She departs from the silence to create this fast-paced show that builds on her background in video, stand-up comedy, improvisation and writing. Spinster-dom is treating her well. When not performing and writing, she can be found developing and directing video projects for advertising clients.

Wanda Carroll – Writer and Performer
Wanda Carroll is an award-winning Newfoundland writer and storyteller, with two successful one-woman shows under her belt. She
has sold out shows at the Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Halifax Fringe Festivals. Wanda won a Best of Fringe at the Winnipeg
Fringe Festival and as well as a “Fringe Hit” designation at the Halifax Fringe Festival for her first one woman show The Road Less Gravelled, a collection of stories about growing up in Conche, Newfoundland . A funny spinster indeed!
